ORGANIZING DEPARTMENT

According to 1 Cor 14:40, the bible says that "let all things be done decently and in order". The organizing department operates on the principle of order, intentional planning , coordination, and excellence.

The department serve as the logistical engine of the group that translates its vision into reality by providing  the physical environment required to enhance spiritual experience.

According to the PENSA GH constitution, the department bears a dual mandate:

Organizing Secretary

  1. To oversee the arrangement of places of meeting.
  2. To be responsible for all other logistical arrangements necessary to guarantee the success of the programs of the group.

To effectively carry out these responsibilities, the department operates through the following specialized teams

Technical team

Responsible for sound engineering and other technical operations necessary for the effective and impactful service of the group.

Transport

Responsible for transportation arrangements, particularly bus coordination, to ensure the safe and timely movement of members and logistics to and from meeting places.

Protocol team

Responsible for venue decorations, guest reception, and maintaining an atmosphere of excellence, honor, and hospitality during programs and events.

Ushering

Responsible for seating coordination, member assistance, and ensuring welcoming, orderly, and comfortable environment throughout service.

ACTIVITIES

Departmental Meeting

First and last setup of every semester.

Team meetings

Every Saturday of setup aside the first and last ones

Set down

After every service or program.

The organizing department is where leadership meets service, and behind the scenes diligence secures the visible success of the programs of the group.
